Dr Clutter › Estate Cleanouts
Clearing a loved one's home is the hardest job there is. For 15 years, Lehigh Valley families, executors and attorneys have handed Dr Clutter the key and gotten back a broom-swept house — with photos, donation receipts, and anything important set safely aside.
One free walkthrough, one firm price. We sort donate-first (the estate gets the tax receipts), recycle what we can, and anything personal we find — photographs, documents, jewelry — is boxed and handed to the family, never tossed. The house is broom-swept and realtor-ready when we pull away.
Book a free walkthrough →One phone contact, photo updates as the work happens, and direct billing to the estate. You don't have to fly in to empty the house.
Estate sales typically leave behind everything that didn't sell. We're the crew estate-sale companies call to clear the rest — fast, before closing.
Before/after photos for the file and a broom-swept, listing-ready house in days — not the weeks a family doing it alone usually needs.
Our 16-ft truck holds ~60% more than the typical franchise truck, and every price includes labor, hauling, disposal fees and the broom-sweep.
“Here is clear out team for everyone. This team came and cleared out her very cluttered home and garage… every time they did exactly what we asked and sometimes more.”

A typical 3-bedroom home starts at $1,495 — labor, hauling, disposal and broom-sweep included. Smaller clearouts go by truck space: 1/10 truck from $150, half truck from $550, full 16-ft truck $1,050, 10% off each additional truck. The walkthrough and firm quote are free.
Most single homes take 1–2 days, and same-week scheduling is usually available. We work to estate and closing timelines — out-of-town executors manage everything by phone and photo.
Donate first, recycle second, landfill last. Usable furniture and goods go to Lehigh Valley charities — with the tax receipt issued to the estate. And anything personal we find (photographs, documents, valuables) is boxed and handed to the family. Always.
Yes — before/after documentation, direct billing to the estate, and we regularly clear what's left after estate sales so the property can close on time. Professionals: ask about priority scheduling.
